The First Greatest Scene In Seven Samurai The beginning scene where they recruit the samurai. It's exciting, and fun. The beginning of a slow tragedy, and this is the start of it. They begin with recruiting the team(an innovation at the time, now the singular most well-known and most-used plot trop in action and heist films). The first Samurai Kambei, they ask for help, the second Samurai, Gorobei(Chopping Wood), Heihachi(Trapped Him), and Kyuzo,(fought against another man), and his friend Schichiroji, and Kikuchiyo, and also Katsushiro, a young man who wishes to be a Samurai. This is one of the happiest, most fun scenes, in the movie overall, because it does not, in the slightest bit, foreshadow the consequences and tragedy to come. The Second Greatest scene in Seven Samurai The middle scene is where Kikuchiyo gains retribution against the Samurai that have brought battles, raids, taxation, and forced labor that devastate the villager’s lives.
